Job Description

Work experience 5 - 12 yrs in Ruby On Rails Web based Applications

Prior experience of working from client locations

Ability to deliver initiatives by engaging the client SMEs in direct discussions

Understand the dynamics working within a larger team

Strong communications skills in English both written and spoken

Good knowledge in modern web development practices

Strong experience in Ruby on Rails

Exposure to NOSQL databases like MongoDB

Exposure to other RDBMS viz SQL Server Oracle

Good to have exposure to current web development technologies viz JQuery Angular JS and Node js

Ability to drive an offshore team of 5 to 6 developers

Good to have some exposure to Java

Visa status : H1B/GC/US/OPT EAD
